Breath Masterclass

You breathe over 20,000 times a day…have you ever stopped to think if you’re doing it right?

Most people don’t realize their breathing keeps them stuck (including me) —causing stress, fatigue, brain fog, and even poor performance. I’ve spent the last decade coaching thousands of people worldwide.

That’s why I created a free Breath Masterclass. These are some things I wish someone would have told me when I started! Enjoy your breath!

A masterclass covering my main takeaways of coaching for 10 + years!

Masterclass topics:

Posture and breath

Mobility

Principles over methods

Environment and intention

Dosage

Breathwork and self-reflection

Sanjay Soekhoe

I used to think breathwork was just breathing—until it changed my life. I tried Wim Hof’s method twice and felt nothing. But the third time, something clicked. Doubt faded, and I experienced a shift that set me on a new path.

Even though I was born in The Netherlands, my dad always urged me to look into Yoga and my roots. Stubborn as I was, I let 20+ years pass before I dove into the history of India and the Vedas. The breath opened the door to my past, roots, and myself.

Before this, I was an elite athletes' strength and conditioning coach, working at Westside Barbell, the world’s strongest gym. Training athletes exposed me to their deepest struggles—fear, anxiety, and pressure. I knew these well, having grown up in fear myself.

Seeking answers, I traveled the world to find the right mentors and the best in their field. I’ve always liked to find out the how and I’m not afraid to spend time researching. Whatever I find, I choose first to experience and then teach. It is my policy only to preach what I practice. Even though I was born in the urban jungle of Rotterdam, I find myself drawn to nature. To me, it is not alternative medicine; it is the medicine.

Today, I lead global workshops, work with world-class athletes, and speak at major events. Breathwork reignited my passion for movement, music, and life itself. Let’s breathe together.

We take 20.000 breaths a day. Make them count.
