Why might I need a breath coach?

This was one of my first question when I heard the word “breathwork.” Someone was telling me that the thing I did since I was born….well, I’m doing it wrong, and, more importantly, it’s affecting my life badly.

I didn’t believe it…but honestly, I wish I had started earlier because breathing right and breathwork drastically impacted my life. My mood, energy management, sports performance, recovery, sleep, and overall health improved. From the always-catching-a-cold Sanjay to now promoting breath and cold.
